Job Overview:
As a Full Sales Cycle Account Executive at Demand AI, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating revenue. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients to closing deals. This is a commission-based only position, offering uncapped earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals up to 40%.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from the AI-based conversation capabilities offered by Demand AI.
- Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to present our platform's features and advantages.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and demonstrate how Demand AI can address the specific requirements and pain points of prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Collaborate with the Demand AI team to customize and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the platform's value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the attainment of revenue targets and quotas.
- Earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance, allowing you to maximize your earning potential.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technology and sales methodologies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in full sales cycle roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, conversational AI, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
